BJP a failure on all fronts: Sharma

YAMUNANAGAR: With Priyanka and Rahul Gandhi joining the Congress as active members, the long cherished hopes of people of India has been fulfilled.
N K Sharma the National Secretary of Rajiv Gandhi Brigade while talking to media persons here on Wednesday stated that their decision has been hailed by all walks of people especially by the younger generations throughout the country.A new ray of hope has emerged on the political horizon of Indian politics.
Sharma while making a scathing attack on the leaders of BJP and others, who are propagating the “foreign origin� issue against Sonia Gandhi, said that they are trying to divert the attention and wreaths of the masses against the misdeeds and failures of their own government in all fronts. The popularity and faith of people in Congress under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi has made them afraid and distributed.
Sharma said when Sonia Gandhi could be the Opposition leader in Parliament how could she be stopped from becoming the prime minister once Congress gets majority in Parliament. He said that she is an Indian citizen by the virtue of her marriage with former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi and settling down here permanently.
Sharma said that every citizen has a right to stand in election and be elected as a member of the Parliament. He said that there is no ban under the constitution of India that an Indian citizen of foreign origin can''t become prime minister of India. It is for the Congress party to see and not the opposition parties.
He said that Sonia Gandhi is undisputed leader of Congress and she has proved herself to be worthy of that. She upheld the great sacrifices of Nehru family for the country.
Sharma said that Central government headed by BJP has failed on all fronts. He said that country is passing through a very critical period. And, that the people are eagerly waiting for the coming elections to throw out the BJP led Central government. He said that they are seeing a ray of hope in Congress under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi.
